Since the new management has taken over, it is nearly impossible to get anything fixed. I have had problems with my ceiling leaking for nearly one year now; it still isn't fixed. They water the grounds excessively, which creates a marsh, and the sprinklers are not aimed correctly and spray haphazardly on the sidewalks, cars, etc. Also, people do not pick up after their pets, and the management does nothing to take care of the situation, so watch out for the mine fields! The office staff, other than the manager, is rude. Many apartments have a view of the parking lot and the apartments near 7200 South have a lot of noise. On the other hand, the pool, additional amenities and clubhouse are very nice, and at least they do allow pets (most places don't). From my experience, however, the apartments are rather expensive for what you get in return.
