The Good, the Bad, the Ugly'

I have lived here just a few months and it is not horrible, but not wonderful either.
The Good:
Apt staff is very nice and amenities are outstanding (raquet ball, tennis, basketball, two pools, Plasma TV for DVDs). There is also a streamway and pond that have a flock of ducks nesting there (little fuzzy ducklings are cute). One free covered parking space! Close to shopping and freeway.
The Bad:
Excessive water sprinkler system is on 24/7 leading to marshy lawns, flooded sidewalks, and water spotted cars. The man-made stream leaks onto the sidewalk also. Have had a lot of trouble with the furnace and water heater in my apt. Speed bumps and gutters galore, say goodbye to your alignment and suspension!
The Ugly':
It is actually a nice looking complex. Apartments are decent on the inside although the kitchen is small. You have to pay all utilities though (including garbage).
