DON'T LIVE HERE!!! We moved in in the summer. The carpet smelled of animal urine. They sent cleaners 3 times, but the smell would not leave. They replaced the pad in parts of the apartment, but the smell was still there. Their washer flooded our apartment and soaked the carpet. They still wouldn't replace the carpet. The upstairs apartment ceiling leaked in my bedroom. They said we could move to a diff apartment, but the rent would be more and they wouldn't help us move. Eventually we had to pay money to break the lease because the living conditions were so unsanitary. It's supposed to be a gated community, but the front gates were NEVER closed. There is no hot tub at the pool.
