THE REMINGTON APTS ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.IM CURRENTLY STILL LIVING HERE AND SO HAPPY! I ONLY HAVE 3 MORE MONTHS LEFT ON MY LEASE.THE WALLS ARE SOOOO!THIN THE NOISE LEVEL IS UNBELIEVABLE,THE GATES NEVER EVER WORK,THE AIR SYSTEMS ARE LOUD LIKE AIRPLANES ABOUT TO TAKE OFF,WHEN I MOVED IN THE CARPET WAS STAINED WITH BLEACH,THE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE WHEN I MOVED IN THERE WERE THINGS THAT NEEDED REPAIR AND ITS BEEN CLOSE TO A YEAR AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT BEEN FIXED,YOU GET ABSOLUTLY NO RESPONSE BACK FROM MANAGEMENT WHEN YOU CALL AND LEAVE VOICEMAILS EVEN WHEN YOU CONFRONT THEM IN PERSON THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT BUT THEY NEVER DO.THEY MADE MY LIFE MISRIBLE.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY,DONT LET THE OUTER LOOKS FOOL YOU EITHER IF YOUR LOOKING TO LEASE WITH REMINGTON YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED GOODLUCK

Again. I live here as well and I dont know what some people talk about. I love living here! There is some truth to the things stated but there's a vast overdramatic tone to this. Yes the air makes some noise when it's getting warmed up in the morning but I dont even notice it most days. I like to restate that I never have an issue about getting anything fixed. The staff is great and the maintance guys are suoer freindly and accomidateing.

I also live at this horrible complex...The carpet is horrible, yeah it was clean we first moved in but then after a week or so the "Pet" stains started coming out. My lease is up in May and I', almost sure they are going to nail me for the carpet because it is gross...The maintenance guys are sometimes helpful, depending on who you get. But the office staff is horrible!!!!!!!!1

ya.I agree! This place sucks and the office staff is rude and uncaring! They are uninformative and they dont take care of problems in a timely manner. The carpet stinks like mildew, the holes in the wall are basically painted over and our breaker pops whenever the microwave and tv are on at the same time! They charge way to much for what you get. Its one nightmare after another!
