No matter what others may write, REMINGTON APARTMENTS are the best in Midvale. The buildings were recently painted and the whole complex has a nice and up-scale appearance compared to the community it is in. The units are competitively priced and we have found the property management to be accommodating. When we hear the neighbors it is never through the walls, rather through the windows. Originally, I moved into this complex into a 1 bedroom unit (there are few children on that side of the complex) but decided to upgrade to a larger 3 bed unit (which is on the other side of the complex). All the children and families live where the larger units are, so the noise level grew when we moved, but its tolerable, and the children are generally in their houses at dark.
For location, this complex cannot be beat. It sits in the cross route of I-15 and the 215 on state street (all the major roads in Utah). It's 10 min from the airport, 15 min from downtown, there is a big mall up the street, and Fort Union has just about everything I need for shopping. Unfortunately, Midvale is a bit of a dump town.
We have only had minor troubles with the complex. Some vandalism shut down the mailboxes for a long time and we had to go to the post office to get the mail. The "security gate" is in constant repair due to abuse, and you can't have the heat on in the unit while you take a shower (something to do with the way the heating system works). When we have needed a repair or something taken care of, we have gotten pretty good response.
Overall, I would (and do) recommend this property to others looking for a nice apartment, a good price, and an excellent location.
*NOTE: It should be known, I lived in the REMINGTON 7 years ago when I last lived in Utah. Upon returning to the state I came back to this complex without hesitation. Although the management has sinced changed, the units are still well above the standards of the surroundings.

$5 says this guy is an employee.
Heck, make it $50.
Don't fall for the astroturf - the Remington is a slum.

Actually this guy was my neighbor! He is a producer not an apartment jockey. So Mr. Snyde eat that!
