If you have other choice, never and ever move in this apartment!

Reason 1: money is the only thing they care about, residents are the last thing they will think of.

Reason 2: Facility management lie to the residents all the time.

Reason 3: Moving in free, BUT it will cost you a arm and leg to move out!!! $500 more for "Cleaning and Maintenance"

Reason 4: It is NOT safe place to live here, especially for kids!!!

Reason 5: always lost mails/package

Reason 6: no enough washer/dryer, you have wait 4 hrs to get the laundry done..

NEVER and EVER life here if you have other choice!!!!

sounds like you may have not only left your apartmnet poorly but not taken advantage of the fact that there is a washer dryer hookup in your apartment. saying that the maint/ office lies to everyone is a big statement hope you can back that up with a bit of fact. and as for the packages i would wonder how much of that is your fault or the postal fault not communicating where your package went or what apartment it was supposed to go to. i lived here with 2 of my friends and had a super nice stay, was very quiet and had no issues. i moved only because my roommates sopped paying rent and have not moved back since i now have a restricted animal.

It sounds like the person who wrote this response works for the apartment complex how ridiculous for you to try and trick people with this bogus response nice try.....lol
