This is the best place to live, it is VERY VERY CLEAN and they keep the crime out by having a police car patrol at least 3-4 nights a week!! It is awesome, they have had no crime or police reports in the last 10 years! live here! i need friends!! Come move in, there is an apartment next to mine that is vacant!! its great, management is like your best friend, we throw really good "quiet" parties! It is tons of fun and when you're here it's like you are family, they replace the carpet every year for no CHARGE!! They let you pay rent late as long as you write them a letter, there are no late fees and the pool is open 24 hours a day, even in the winter!!!! They have free taxi rides to take you to work and back and they even give you a free 6 pack of beer when you sign a 2 month lease!!! The only thing you might not like is the weekley drawing of free rent for 1 month every fridays but its okay you dont have to be present to win all you have to do is fill out your name on a card and leave it on your front door! they even have free maid service! this place is paradise! come join today (its like a club ya know!)

COMPLETELY FALSE!!!!! What, is this person part of management? Make sure you write everything down they say, because everytime I go talk to them I get a different story. They don't replace the carpet, in fact, the carpet in my apartment is so awful, I'm afraid to walk around without shoes on. Plus, I haven't heard anything about free maid service or free beer.

This is so false!!!! While I was there, there was at least two shootings. There was no drawings of any sorts.

This is all false, looks like the staff wrote it all!, No fees?? I got charged $75 for paying a day late on July 4th because I wasn't in town!, and I got no beer, no party at all when I signed my lease.. Be careful!!!
