I've live here for a little over a year and it isnt bad if you are having financial problems. The rent is cheap and I havent had a problem with anything breaking in the apartment. Its quite and peaceful. I can barely hear my upstairs neighbors just occasionally. There is a mouse problem though which is disgusting, that's the main reason we are moving. But I its something the apartment complex could help. The apartment complex tried getting rid of them but they just come back.So if you are looking here get a top floor. There are a lot of different races here but I dont think that should make you not want to live here. I didnt mind living here but only for the time being. It saved us money. And i never felt I was in any danger and all my neighbors are pretty friendly, the only problems I had with my neighbors were the mormon missionaries always trying to convert me. But that was it.

Me and my gf are thinking about moving to Wasatch Club. Are you still a resident and do you still have a rodent problem?

I moved out in september of 2006. Im sure they fixed the rodent problem after i moved out because I found the hole from which they were coming from. We did have some issues when we moved out about the complex charging us for fees that were for another apartment. But we got that straightened out once I called them.

I've been here almost 2 yrs....... I've never noticed any mice or anything yet ..... the other night though i thought i heard some sort of scratching, and my first thought was mice, as my old place had them, but it turned out just to be the neighbors ~.~ so 2 years, no mice yet, maybe its just they are all on the other side of the apartments...... but hopefully we wont get any yet........ as far as hearing neighbors, ack........ i'm going nuts, the walls dont seem to be sound proof at all, im constantly hearing mine ~.~; you can hear everything, music, dishwasher, simple talking, i could even hear my neighbors pull silverware out of a drawer in the kitchen! maybe its just my place is so quiet its easy to notice, but its still a pain..... main reason i want to leave is i'm freaked out a bit by all the stuff going on, i dont feel very safe here.........
