I lived here for 10 months. In this time it took over a week to get my hot water replaced in the middle of winter. There was also ice inside my apartment, and this is with a blanket covering the window. My bathtub leaked water, it took several weeks to get a water facet replaced that was spraying all over. After I moved out, I received a bill for several hundred dollars, with no explanation of what these costs were. I also received a letter saying they were turning me over to collections if I did not pay them within 30 days. I was never late on rent, and have tried contacting their office several times. I only can get a machine, or someone telling me they will call me back. They do not keep up the area when there is snow on the ground. Often there was no plowing of any sorts until late in the day. The ice covers the ground and nothing is done to get rid of it, which resulted in a broken arm. I was also told that my deposit would be refunded as long as there was no major problems. Nothing was ever refunded, and when I asked about it, the office gal actually laughed at me.
