I lived here 10 months and it wasn't so bad, I never had mayor problems or anything damaged inside the apartment, but the truth is that it was the first time I rented an apartment by myself... so I can't compare it with something else...
I never had problems of noise, It was very quiet where I was living...
Cons:
The kitchen cabinets were very very old, I remember the drawers were literally falling apart, but I never asked them to fix them just thinking they may have said that I broke them, also something that I didn't like was that they removed the bulbs because the electric wires are broken inside (they don't say that of course), and covered the holes and when I asked about it, they told me that I was supposed to put lamps, then I opened one of the bulb covers and I tried to fix it myself thinking that it was very easy but the truth is that there was no way to turn it off ever, like I said all broken...
The stairs were kind of dangerous, there is metal surrounding every stair and is all rusted and open, and for the whole 10 months that I lived there they never care about it, someone can get cut and have an infection if not careful.
I never used the pool, for some reason I didn't feel it was so clean, and it was true, some people took their babies to the pool and they pooped on it... as it said a couple of times that I saw it was closed due to hygiene problems.
Something that I really hated, was that when I left, since I knew my carpet wasn't so clean (I recognize it, it was my fault), I payed a professional carpet cleaner guy to clean it, and he left it like new, and the walls were very clean too, but surprise!, two weeks later I received a bill saying that they had to clean all the carpet, paint all the walls and pay for professional cleaning, so I owed then a lot of money (something around $350)... Anyways I call them and showed them the carpet cleaning bill and said that I had cleaned the apartment, and they removed almost all the charges without so much problem, I can say the staff was very polite, but it looks like they just charge everybody the same without looking, and if you don't call and show proof of cleaning you will have to pay more...
So when you are leaving be careful showing the apartment in person so no surprises!

They have a towing company that will tow you vehicle as fast as they can, without giving you written notice at you apartment. They put it on your auto and if your auto is 200 yard from your auto you do not see it until it is way to late. The towing company charges $100.00 per day for storage and that can become very expensive in a short while. Just be wary of these crooks believe me.
