The minute I moved in I started getting sick and it never went away until I moved out. YEP I was congested and sneezing for 1 YEAR STRAIGHT! I told the office and they were rude about it and instead of letting me out of my lease they said they would move me to another apartment in the complex where I am sure I would have the same problem. Mold maybe' Also someone's cigarette smoke somehow leaked into our cupboards and our apartment always smelled like stale cig smoke. Everything was always breaking. The walls were paper thin... I could hear EVERYTHING the neighbors were doing. Neighbors above and to one side of us were extremely noisy. Water/Sewer bill was outragious. They painted over those stick on stars on our ceiling and I could still see them.I was a good tenant, always paid rent on time. After moving out I recieved a bill for $200 for carpet cleaning $35(it was spotted when we moved in), general cleaning $60 (apartment was dirty when we moved in), touch up paint $40(they told me hanging pictures would NEVER be a problem... lies), replacing all 4 drip pans $20 (which were dirty and trashed when we moved in), and another $45 extra rent for saying we didnt move out on our move out date when we did. We refused to pay any of it so they sent us to collections with NO luck. Now, 3 years later, they are coming after us again claiming they will take us to court and they have doubled what they claim we owe them. They are EXTRTEMELY dishonest people! NEVER rent from here!!!

Go get yourself a big jug of honey and dump it all over the clubhouse exterior doors. Make sure to cover the doornobs real good.. That will teach em lol.

yeah I agree all the same things happened to me, this place is horrible
