The Remington Apartments 56% Recommended May 05 2008: I lived in these apartments for 1 year they are horrible the staff acts like they do not care or no what your talking about and all repairs are done in sloppy manner when we moved in it was so Springs of Country Woods 32% Recommended Apr 23 2008: Apartment was FILTHY at move in time. Dirt and grime everywhere, especially in the kitchen and laundry/utility room. Fees higher than what is disclosed in lease/addendum Fees not even mentioned during the lease process being billed.
