We have lived in the Bentwood Apartments for over a year now. The maintenance is fairly prompt and always courteous. The complex manager is very kind, listens to concerns and provides community activities as well as a newsletter to promote community involvement. The grounds are well kept, and the buildings are maintained well. The whole buildings are washed every spring and filters and alarms are checked routinely by maintenance. Neighbors are friendly and kind. Floorplans are very spacious and there is plenty of extra room for storage. Colors within the apartments are earth toned and relaxing, not whitewashed and dull. Handicap parking spaces and accessible apartments throughout the complex. A generally great community and when it comes to apartments, this really is a wonderful place to call home. I just wanted to add that the manager is thorough with prospective residents. Criminal backgrounds and sex offender registeries are checked, as well as missing persons reports to ensure that we have a safe community. That was very comforting to me when we moved in! We just renewed our lease. :) We really love it here.
