I lived at Clover'dump' for 12 nightmarish months. I am now making it my priority and duty to educate everyone else about this horrible apartment complex. Here is a run down of my entire experience.

1. The staff, Brandon and Christine, managers of Cloverland Apts. are thiefs and liars. They lied to me regarding the terms of my lease and I found out the hard way that they don't disclose all of the extra charges. You end up paying $25.00 a month for water and flushing your toilet. Anytime someone would be in their office, it was always a complaint and you could tell they really didn't care about the tenants or their problems. (They did have really nice and hard working maintenance workers)

2. The area! The actual Complex is very dirty. People litter every where. Cigarette butts scattered all over the property. The people they have chosen to live there are mostly low income families. Brandon and Christine rented out a one bedroom apt. to a family that had 5 kids and 3 adults. Literally, there where 8 people living in a one bedroom apartment across from me. Kids sleeping on the floor, while their parents dealt drugs in the parking lot. I was going to call the division of child & family services on them, but I didn't for the kids sake.

I had to call the police twice while living there, because of the domestic fights that went on. I was also woken up one night to hear a brick being thrown through the apt. window below me. Their are wild cats running around and the parking is a nightmare. Broken down cars have been abandoned in their parking lot. Also, my car was broken into and the next month, the neighbor below me's car got broken into.

3. My actual aparment. Piece of crap-o-la. Of course their studio apartment has the best appliances, carpet etc. Then you move into your apartment and they you get the cheapest carpet, dishwasher, fridge etc. our drain stunk for 3 months until we finally decided to put mass quanitities of drano and cleaning solution down it. We had a problem with red ants that where coming in through the cracks in the kitchen and bathroom walls. They put in the cheapest insulation and windows, so you freeze your ass off during the winter while paying an outrageous gas bill and during the summer you burn up, while cranking your cheap-o central air-conditioner. Also, I lived on the 3rd floor and the two other apartments pipes run through your apartment. so you get to hear all of your neighbors airconditioning, water etc.

***** Overall ******, I wish I would have never chosen Clover'dump' and hope that this pre-warning will be enough to make you look else where. Only move in if you are desperate and want the staff to take you for everything you've got. They also tried to raise my rent after the first year of living in that hole, but their was no way in hell I was going to stay. Stay away from Cloverland Apartments!
