I lived at Cloverland for one year back in 1996-1997. Granted, it's been a while, but I'm sure this aspect of it hasn't changed ... the walls are PAPER THIN! I could hear my neighbors sexual activities, toilets flushing, conversations, you name it ...

I was on the second floor ... If you open the water heater closet, you will notice a vent to the outside with nice open slits where people can actually look in. (And the children in the area did!) Biggest problem with this, however, is that every single sound from outside carries into your apartment as if it's coming from inside. My neighbors across the hall used to sit outside their door and talk at all hours. No matter of complaining helped ... Partly b/c one of the guys sitting outside was one of the maintenance workers! :0

Oh, and another thing! My assigned parking space was all the way across the parking lot! I don't know how they figured out where to put everyone, but it was the stupidest set-up I have ever seen.
