I lived at Cloverlandfill for 14 months. This place is horrible. The apartment next to me had 6 drug dealing-up-all-night "adults." Brandon and Christina are the biggest jerks, liars and theifs in the business. Brandon towed my car TWO days after the registration expired - I received the renewal in the mail the next day. What a jerk. I was never able to park in my own spot because someone else always took it and when I parked in a visitor spot, I was told my car would be towed if I did that again. They accused me of just about everything you could think of. As soon as they got me to sign the lease, they had me and they totally took advantage of me and they will to you too. Don't ever rent here. The managers are horrible, the apartments are crap, neighbors are drug dealers. Certainly not a place for kids. The apartments themselves are cheaply made. There is a vent where people on the outside can look in!!! The diswasher is crap... don't even think about using the washer/dryer. Service requests go unanswered for weeks. They made up lame excuses to keep my security deposit. I could go on and on. Brandon and Christine will get theirs in the end... so will Archstone.

We used to live at clover creek, and I loved it, I regret moving. If their biggest two bedroom was laid out a little better, we would probably move back. I thought the people in the office were so nice, and the response from Rhiana, well I actually remember her and she and the rest of the staff were so nice, and made an effort to know us by our first name. I would totally recommended living, and I have. I think the fact that there are only 10 buildings makes it easier for them to be so personable.
