When we first moved in the water heater sounded like popcorn. We complained and they attempted to drain it but that didn't work. Eventually, they just gave us a new one and it's been fine ever since. The apartment smelled like smoke for the first 2-3 months. We tried cleaning the walls and carpet but to no avail. Eventually the smell just left on its own. The cops came around a couple of times because of illegal activities upstairs. I think we are surrounded by gangsters. Last of all, I think our neighbors are lesbians because we've only seen them twice (they were holding hands).

That being said, we were in a great ward. The management has taken good care of us and maintenace guys always showed up on time. The walks were always shoveled. I don't regret living here.

This is just sad and pathatic, using the fact your neighbors are lesbians (if in fact they really are and what business is that of yours anyway) to rate an apartment complex. Must be nice to be so high and mighty, but I guess that's how most people are that live here.

Who are you to judge people like that? Where do you suggest lesbians live? Should they hide out so you, who are evidentally more of a human than them, do not have to see them? I am neither a ------- or a mormon, but in this email, you made a huge mormon stereotype true, that you are too good to live around the rest of this society, who do not follow your shady ways. If I had a choice I would live amongst a community of lesbians rather than be your neighbor.
