We have lived here for 9 months and have decided not to extend our lease. We have really loud neighbors surrounding us and they get mad when we ask them to quiet down. We're also right by the pool so we hear screaming, unattended children all day and night. Management is really great and everyone has been really nice to us. However maintenance has not. We had a problem with a phone jack when we first moved in. So a maintenance guy came to look at it and pretty much blamed the problem on us and said that we should just call the phone company to fix it. Our water heater is also really loud and it keeps us up at night so we had someone come look at it and they pretty much just told us to deal with it. So that's something we're really not going to miss. But here's the most ridiculous thing that has happened to us while we've lived here- we've always had problems with our toilet, probably because everything in the apartment is ancient. But this last weekend it was completely clogged. So we had the same maintenance guy who came to look at our phone jack come and try to unclog it for us. He was obviously not happy to be there as he kept yelling obscenities at us in Spanish. He ended up having to take the toilet off the plumbing and unclogged it that way. After yelling at my husband for "clogging the toilet" he left. And what should we find in front of our door' A nice pile of all the crap that was clogging the toilet. Yep, he left it right in front of the door. How's that for great service' We are very disappointed and will be leaving because of this.
