I currently live here at Clover Creek and can't believe that people have had problems with maintaince. I've had a water leak, clogged disposal and a couple other things, but everytime the maintenance men have come out they have been so nice! They came out for the water leak within 5 minutes and fixed it within an hour (which I should add was at 11:00 p.m.) The disposal, they were out here within 2 hours and it took a few minutes. They have been so good and nice to me and my husband I just can't imagine them swearing or being rude at all! The office ladies are really helpful and are always there to help us. I have no complaints but an old neibor of ours that wouldn't shut up but has sense moved out.
