I wish I would have found this website sooner. I lived in Hunters Woods a couple of years ago, and since then I would not recommend living there. I have to agree with the slow response to work orders. We would call with a work order, and it would take days and a couple more phone calls for someone to show up. We had a leak by our sink, and it took a couple of visits before they fixed the problem. The paint on our bathroom ceilings sagged because of a water leak. We also had two visitors-mice! After about two weeks of living there, my roommate's car was broken into. When she was cleaning up the glass another resident drove by and told her that it happened all the time. This is a place that I thought would be a nice place to live, but was disappointed with once I moved in.
