My townhouse style apartment is a joke.
When I first moved in there was broken glass on my carpet from a rock that a lawnmower hit, they left the screen that was slit (yeah a rock did it)thats what the maintenance man said anyway.Also the shower door was broke, and they left it that way. There were no lightbulbs in the garage,and some rooms. I didn't get my garage door opener til 2 weeks later.The blinds ALL had problems, some had gauges out of them. That was just from the first week moving in. Then my deck was rotted, and unsafe for my toddler, so I had them come and replace it, which took days. Then after reporting such things to the office management and the other "help" if you can call anyone here help they all got bitchy! the nerve!It took 3 months to get them to replace blinds. My screen door was never attatched correctly, it took weeks for that aswell, it seems they needed to order these magical parts that took 1 month to order in, that when they camestill didn't fixed the door, its still not working after being "fixed".The garage has a huge hole in the roof, which it seems they cut it so the water that POURS down to my car from the pipes next door, doesn't ruin the roof even more(that was reported, still pours water out, 9 months later still no talk about fixing that. This place is infested with spiders,and ants. I've had the apt exterminator come, but the bugs come back after 2 weeks. I don't think they insulate these homes either.The neighbors are allowed to have college party time whenever, despite the curfew they have here, which is a giant joke. Upon closer looking when I moved in, the construction was crap from the get go. There was dry wall mistakes, like retard did it allover.There are holes in every corner of the home (that explains the bugs), its crubmling allover! To top it off, they say dogs are allowed, but they have a no barking policy, i'm not talking about if your dog barks say 1/2 hr that is ok. But my dog barked when people walked infront of the window maybe a few short yips (he's small, and it is common for dogs to be territorial, especially when ppl are infront of your damn window!) and I got a 3 day to vacate notice!!! My neighbors got a notice aswell, and their dogs weren't bad barkers either.You can hear all the water pipes from next door, and even conversations,they don't tell you about that extra goody!
