Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
Lots were not maintained well, you had to call to get things cleaned in front of your homes. I was not removed from walkways in a timely manner and sometimes snow was ignored. They did not rake. It was difficult to get things fixed in your apt, but after around 3 calls and two weeks it was usually done. I was with them for three years and when I moved out they hit me up for over $170 in charges, despite the fact that the apartment was cleaned as good as new.
