Geez, this site just removed my whole review when I added an update.

Typical crappy apartment. Loud neighbors that I had to call the cops to shut up, and then they would just start up again half an hour later. It took a month to get maintenance to even show up. After more than a year, they never bothered to fix some things, like lights outside the building. There was no parking near my building. Someone in my spot, or the fire lane, was not a problem for them. When they cleaned up the leaves, they would fill the garbage bins so people would have to pile their garbage all around them.

And now, thirteen months after I moved out, I just received a notice today from a collection agent saying I owe them almost $300. For what' How would I know, this is the first I've heard of it. I guess they think they're above the law that says they are required to give notice within 30 days -- they think that a year and 30 days is acceptable. A year later, I they've now added it to my credit report, causing me even more effort to get it off. Like I need my old crappy apartment from 2 years ago making me work me.

This person needs to buy a house. You have all these problems in ANY rental I've ever been in.

Susan, Not really. We stayed with family int he fairstone at riverview apartments for a year and there was never a-lot of drama about getting things taken care of or done. Their maintinence people show up to fix things within the next 24 hours and if they can't they really do get to it ASAP. yes every apartment has its problems but most take care of them when it's brough to their attention rather than makeing people submit complaints over and over and most make sure their apartments are clean before allowing people to move in.
