Agree with worst apartment ever.

First off, you have to pay extra each month just for "covered" parking. Was given a notice telling my family that we had to pay $25.00 a month for not having the "blinds" a white color, which they were.... ridiculous. Hot water was out for 2 weeks and was finally repaired when we called the Health Dept. Dishwasher never worked, and we were told that it was supposed to "sanitize" not clean the dishes. We purchased our OWN washer and were told we would have to pay for them to install it and remove the existing POS. Notices for extra fees appeared regularly, out of nowhere. Emergency maintenance is a joke, never answered any of our phone calls and the lady in the office is the meanest/ugliest hooker I've ever met. They have no idea how to run an apartment complex and only care about pocketing an extra $25.00/$50.00 fee here and there for dogs barking (when u don't own one), or for having cigarette butts, which 95% of complex smoked. Overall a very HORRIBLE place to live even if it was $100.00 a month. Not to mention the problems with gas/electric bills which hunter's woods supposedly paid for and then charged me for, which was never actually paid by them.... Good lord, almost committed suicide several times because of the crap they put myself and my fiancee and 2 year old through... Thank god we got hot water now.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

Note, car WAS broken into there, wasn't a nice car, but was decent. Spoke with Murray police department, and I quote "Hunter's Woods won't pay for us to patrol their parking lots" "Dumb mistake" Police officer winced at the thought of their parking lots at night, and almost laughed at me for expecting safety.

Not sure what rent price to put, base was $780, but if you count the BS charges, then was well over $825.00 each month.
