Beware! It took a month and a half to get our electricity restored to the bathrooms and garage. Then They billed us $313 of fees for things that were prexisting to when we moved in. Beware! oh--also the heating is horrible. We had to turn it on all day and the upstairs was burning hot while the downstairs (we were in a townhome) was freezing. Our gas bill was $150, as much as our house had been which was 3 times the size, a month before moving to the apartment.
