Hunters Woods Condominiums

This place sucks ass!!! trust me! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006   Hunters Woods is without a doubt the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I lived there off and on for 7 years so you would think they would treat you a little better after paying all that rent. It is almost impossible to get anything fixed, the office staff they have right now is the worst Ive ever dealt with anywhere. They WILL charge you for things that you did not do so make sure you have all of your paper work in order and keep it for a long time after you move. Just because several months have passed and you have heard nothing, dont throw it out and assume you are safe. you're not!! Make sure you get a copy signed by the office of the form you filled out stating what was wrong when you moved in (they will not give you a copy if you dont ask) or you will be charged for someone elses damage. i wish someone had warned me, they screwed me over bad!!! Also, there is no parking what so ever. you are actually suppose to park on the main street. i have had my parked car hit, so has my roommate not to mention the shot out windows. The apartments will take no responsibilty even though parking is not provided.
