Every month they come up with some reason to charge us for something new. They never fix anything. It took them 2 days to get us a new water heater when we first moved in. We were without hot water for two days. They take forever to respond to maintenence needs. The apartments are totally over priced because they don't put any money back into the apartments. There are pot holes all over the parking lot, all the blinds have holes or don't open completly. They are ridiculous. Don't live here, we are trying very hard to move out of here.
