Everyone who is reviewing this complex with a 4.0 or 5.0 is probably employed by Hunters Woods. There is no way possible that they would give this place a good review. There is never any parking, you have to walk a mile to your apartment - which is great in the wintertime with babies, and they are always looking for things to charge you for. And you'll also get raped with the deposit they require unless you have a 700 credit score, and it is nonrefundable regardless of whether or not your apt is in good condition when you leave. Also, they charge you for every damaged item in the apt even if you weren't the one to do it. Walls are paper-thin and you can hear all of your neighbors very well and the cops are always visiting my neighbors. This 1980's construction is shotty and be prepared for mold (which they'll make you sign a waiver for and they'll never fix the problem), no carbon monoxide detectors, and your kids playing in the dirty fireplace where pigeons live inside of. I am glad I'm not the only person that had ALL of these problems! There's more wrong with these crook, spineless, money hungry, cocky, jerky mother F'ers than this person wrote. I'll be posting my own BAD review shortly. Don't EVER rent from them if you know what's good for you, and if you do rent from them, don't say we didn't WARN YOU!!!

We had a good credit score and paid a very, very small deposit. We were assigned a nice covered parking stall right in front of our apartment. I don't allow my children to play in the fireplace, so this is a non-issue in our home. I am not a Hunters Woods employee, and I love it here!
