DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I have lived here since march 08. When I first tried to move in the first apartment they were going to put me in the former tenent decided not to leave. Did I receive a phone call or notification'' Hell no. I went down the day before I was supposed to move and was told that the apartment was not available. They then told me that they had another one available but upon inspection it looked like a frat house. Stains on the carpets, beer cans in the window wells, nothing was clean. When I refused that apartment they put me into one of there high priced three bedroom town homes. When I moved in the place was disgusting it didn't look like anything had been cleaned at all. Dirt all over the floors doors were broken and the half bath downstairs the toilet was laying on the floor. It took them two weeks to get everything fixed that was on my initial list. After eight months of listening to pigeons in my chimney and ducks and geese fighting all day we decided to move across the street to a smaller two bedroom (I know I know I am retarded). One week after moving out I recieved a charge of $110 for a full apartment clean. Now let me tell you... My girlfriend and I spent 4 hours cleaning that place. We cleaned everything. When I went down to dispute the charges I was shown three pictures that were without a date time stamp of my "dirty" apartment. Not to mention that after only one week it took the girl 5 minutes of scrolling through her memory card to find the pictures she took. My new place the toilet in the master bedroom will not fluch properly and still 6 weeks later has still not been fixed. Stay away from this place run far away. There are better deals out there.
