I moved in here in 2006 and thought this seems really nice and they were at first. Initially the price was good for the size apt. But then I started having problems. For instance my shower door does not fit in the shower and therefore leaks everytime I take a shower. There is mold growing all over the base of my shower and they won't do anything about it. The pigeons are horrible in the chimney and they refuse to do anything about it. Just mesh wire people is all that is needed. We burn our fire place daily in the winter so we don't have to hear them. The summer breeze is nice until I am able to smell the stench of dog feces in my apt. I do have an animal and clean up after it but maintenace does not clean the "dog pots" until they are overflowing with dog S#$%. There are only 4 in the entier complex, which if you have ever seen is quite large. The stairs are not maintained and look very "ghetto." They are not kept clean at all. There are chunks of the outside of buildings missing that are not replaced. My daughter is allergic to bees. We had a beehive inside our building at the corner of our balcony. It was too much for the maintenance guys to handle and took the bee guy 2 months to get rid of it. I think the threats are the only thing that got it done. It should not have to result to that especially when their is a medical concern involved. They discriminate against differnet types of dogs but their own employees have those same type of dogs they say are not allowed. I was not able to get a pitbull because they are supposedly vicious. But my 4 month old boxer puppy was attacked by a chiuahua, akita, and a german shepard on more then one occassion. The lease says if you re reoprted for not cleaning up after your dog you are fined a total of $100. I have complained twice about the same people so either they are rich and can afford it of the office does nothing. I suspect they don't do a dam thing. They won't answer calls if your number shows up on the caller id so I have to block my number when I call. The hot tub was closed for quite some time and when it was open the jets failed to work. The pool was closed for almost a month by the health dept because it was so dirty. Maybe it is because the residents swin in their bras. This place is not very friendly and you should stay away from it. I have learned to begin asking residents I see what they think about the apts before I move into them. They are so empty right now that they just let whoever move in to the apt. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!! Anyone that writes a good review works there and does not live there and that is the only reason they write a good comment about the place.
