First off, we thought we were getting a deal for the size of the apartment BOY were we wrong. The day we were to move in the carpet guy was there cleaning the carpets, so the carpets were wet so we waited for him to finish. When he was done we did a walk though and the carpets were still wet and a ---- lot of animal animal covered the floors. So they were wet and cover in hair. There was a hole in the ceiling above the kitcken sink. After moving in the vaccum and had them come clean the floors again. And I had to go buy a new vaccum because mine was clugged. After living a awhile things began to brake. There was mold in the bathrooms and It take them 3 week to come fix it with a bleach spary, THAT DIDN'T WORK. So there is probably still mold that they just painted over it. After living there for 16 months my husband got transfer up to Idaho, we only had ONE month left on our lease and went in to talk to them and see if we could get out of are lease early. Well they did let us out but they charged us a 1200 lease baraking fee 300 dollar cleaning fee and our 906 for our rent on a 2 bedroom apartment. They are the biggest rip off and I pray that people don't fall into there trap they call a great place to call home.
