If you have someon in your spot have them towed, at there expense. . . Duh!!!! You live in a apartment complex, you have peopel to the side of you and above and below you. How in the hell do you expect the Management to manage noise' You can complain and they can address the issue, but doyou really think those tenants care, they are probably being loud to spite you. What else do you expect them to do with the leaves' At least they have them taken care of. If you have lights that are outside the building that are not fixed go to the office and remind them they are out and not fixed. Lights. Seriously.... SHUT UP AND FIND A BITCHING FORUM!!!!

What is _your_ problem? Do you work at the place? Towing companies do not tow cars that are legally parked in parking lots. You are an idiot if you think that they will come tow a car even if you can prove it is your assigned space. I know this for a fact because I tried it when I used to live at this hell hole. And it _is_ the management's job to manage noisy neighbors. It is their job to replace broken exterior lights and to evict tennants who don't follow the rules. It's all in the one-sided contract which they can use against their tennants but there's nothing saying that the management is required to make your neighbors follow the rules, so they don't. Which is why there are apartments like this one where nobody who lives there follows the rules and people only find out after moving in. Why don't you go find an idiot forum to post to?

What are you banging the office staff?? People post here with serious concerns and all you can do is cut them down. I would assume that you work in the office or on the maintenance staff because no tenant would ever post something like this

I do not work for the apartments and am not affilated to them. I just don't feel the need to repond to your nonsense. I have had not had one single problem that they have not attended to. I love the area. You need to research what you are talking about. I have family that does maintenance for the state and they deal with people like you on a daily basis. It's called high maintenance. I don't care to get into a pissing conest, and that is clearly what you want. You signed the contract. So . . . .what is that saying. . . .You made you bed now lay in it. Better yet, why don't you take up protesting.

True, it is unfortunate for those of us that 'made our bed' before we checked up on the apartment. However, there are those of us, like me, who would like to warn people away from the apartment because we have had difficulties with the management. I believe though that there are only a couple of people who are useless, many of them do work hard. The maintenance are understaffed, and it does cause a problem to get things fixed quickly.
Oh and you can get people towed. My friend was towed and only parked in someone's spot for 30 minutes. Towing companies do tow cars if they are parked in the incorrect under-cover parking stall. They can't tow a car in the free parking area.
And when my family first moved in it was lovely. They did work hard to keep us here, and then once we had signed a renewed lease all the charm was turned off. And we have been here for two years and then some, because we haven't had enough money to move yet. Give it some time Dazzleberry, and see if things change. It may, it may not, you may be one of the lucky ones.
As for me and my family, we are moving at the end of our lease term. We finally can, and we're gonna get the heck outta Dodge. Good luck in your tenant life.
