I found this web site and I currently reside in hunters woods. I was looking to see if others are sharing the same things that I am. I have recently had a run in at the office and the staff (although polite. . . .somewhat useless) I have noticed a huge spree of Murray police with the neighboring buildings. Fights and barking pets are a commen thing and the rent-a-cops are a thing of the past. Parties every weekend! Although the office staff are "aware" of the issues they seem to be more consumed with painting the buildings awefull colors then with the habbits of the residents and their guests. Although I to am not the quietest person at times I try very hard not to make others around me frustrated. I recently found dog matter on my car . . .why I am not sure no point in reporting it to the office because I did not "see" someone do it yet the people selling drugs go on happy as clams. I moved here for the scene I have great neighbors but for the price you are paying it is not worth it. The folks in maintence sadly made me very angry when they stated that living on the basement floor and not having a working lock on the sliding glass door that it was not something that would qualify as an emergency. The worst part of it all, I feel like living here has put me in some bad situations with little to no help from staff. The parking has not been to bad if you like door dings and dents although I have yet to have someone towed from my spot I have seen it happen a time or two. As for the grounds eh not to bad. Safety I personally even with out the dog matter on my car do not feel safe. I feel that as to the constuction counters have dings gashes in the counter and average appliences however when something needs to be worked on it takes months! Overall I have not recommended hunters woods for anything other than a head ache. For the space you rent along with any pet deposits you do not get what you pay for.
