Hunter's Woods is a wonderful place to live. As I read over the other reviews, I had to laugh. If you read over your lease you will understand why they do what they do. If you pay rent late you are charged late fee's until your rent is paid in full. That is in your lease. Also the maintance is great. It usually takes about 24 to 48 hours for your request to be fixed. Now if they need to order a part it will take a bit longer. As renters we need to realize that we are not here to be babysat. It is our responsibility to pay our rent on time and behave like grown ups. Make sure to go and view an apartment at Hunter's Woods, so you can see what a beautiful community it is, and all it has to offer the residents.
