I used to think that this was a nice place, but after leaving and remembering the things that my husband and I were put through I won't recommend this place to anyone. I remember having lived there for about a month and getting a notice stating that I had three days to vacate due to not having paid rent. Well, the fact is is this, when you sign a lease you have to pay the first months rent and the deposit before you can even move in. Needless to say, I was furious. First of all they need to double check on who they are sending there notices to and not to even mention how embarassing it was that it was on a pink piece of paper in full view for my new neighbors to see. I called them the next day to dicuss the matter and all they could say was sorry it was a mistake, well... should check these things before you place them on peoples doors making sure it's for the right place. And after I left I had to deal with a matter of owing them $2000.00 for apparently breaking our 12 month lease when it wasn't broken. I moved out exactly 12 months to the day of when we moved in.
I think they have VERY poor management skills.
