Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived in James point and had a crochroach problem, I complained for two months before they "baited" my apt. It became cold and they hid. It just started it get warm and I called and called left messages do you think they did anything about it... NOPE
So I moved two months early and broke my lease gave them my address and just received my bill over 3000.00. It's a joke, I'm going to fight them on this issue I do agree I owe for two months but not and it say NOT 3000.00. Also rent is due the 1st day of the month no grace period, they are not compasionate at all and will not work with you.
