Like they said, a nice place to start...

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I have lived at James Pointe for a little over three years now and have to admit that it has had its ups and downs. On the upside, the apartments are roomy and there are a lot of amenities (i.e. extra storage, etc.). On the downside, The staff has changed several times since I moved in (when I first moved in, they were awesome and would go out of their way for you; now I'd only give them a so-so due to the fact that tend to hire not the brightest crayons in the box) which is frustrating. It took me two years to get my leaky kitchen sink fixed, but the maintenance guys are really nice and I give them credit for working their butts off for how little they are paid. The problem is that you have to be persistent about getting things done; call over and over. For how much the rent is, it is worth it. It sounds like some of the other people writing the reviews expect the world to fall to their knees for them - and to that I say welcome to the real world! I was adamant about moving when my lease was up last, but all of the places I looked at didn't have near the square footage or storage that these do and they were just as much or more. The noise sucks, but what do you expect living next to I-215' My noisy neighbors (and I've been through several on all sides) shut up the minute I knocked on their door (I have a young child and work and go to school very early so late night noise does not sit well with me). And yes my car has been broken into several times; just don't leave anything in it. It's that easy. This is a great place to wait out school or getting a house. I promise you are not going to find much better. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
