The place is not so bad, but I would discourage people to move in. The main reason is management. They suck! They suck big time! They are totally incompetent and helpless. If you put a request for maintenance, it usually takes weeks to get something done. Another problem?? This place is pet friendly, so a lot of residents have dogs. As a result, there are piles of dog waste all around the place.

I agree with the postings. Currently my air conditioning is out and has been for 2 days. After calling in, I am told that it would be yet another day before it is fixed. This infuriates me since, not only am I very hot, but my dog is, too. I feel worse for him.

So, I'm supposed to pay my rent on the first of the month, no excuses, but they can drag their feet in fixing something they are responsible for. If I waited late to pay my rent or if I SAID it was going to be paid the next day, and then upon request, told them it would be yet another day, do you think they'd put up with that? No way. They would charge me every fee they could come up with. I'm not blaming anyone in particular, but any company with a miniscule amount of good customer service knows that you should hire someone to come out and fix it night or day and pay the stinking overtime! It is ridiculous how they expect us to be responsible for our rent, our bills, our property, but they're not willing to be.

Does the company/corporation that owns the property care? When will they get involved and do something?
