I lived at James Point for 1 year and had several instances where my air conditioning failed during the hottest weeks of the year. It took weeks to get someone to fix it and months to get it resolved with management (compensation). My apartment faced the parking lot and freeway and was very noisy. The overall location in Fort Union is great. The hot tub wasn't opened one time that I wanted to go and the pool is always loaded with people.
