They are amazing guys that work here. They were out chipping ice under where we park so we dont get hurt when we walk across the parking lot either to our car or apartment. They get the service calls done within 24-48 hours of calling and they do it right. Thats never heard of in apartment complexes, usually you have to call many times to get something fixed, not at James Point they are really good, I will renew my lease on these basis. Thanks for getting the right staff here finally.

This is bull crap. I have lived here. Maintenance sucks. This is probably management posting ---- to try and promote themself.
