Community Features: Below average outside lighting to apartments, walkways and car ports. If you like leaving voicemails that may or may not be responded to then you have found the right place. Conditions in winter months can be challenging and dangerous. Lack of efforts to upgrade and provide renters with snow melt to aide in reducing accidents. If you are a smoker and enjoy not cleaning up after yourself then this is your place. Waste disposal if more than one trash bag a week watch out. Maintenance will fix household repairs when needed this is a highlight. Lack of visitor parking. May have management structure but Milestone Management lacks to fullfill the execution of customer service and support that you just get tired of trying to provide valuable input because you never see it being used. Neighbors lack the respect of other people and slam doors or speak loudly at late hours of the night. I have stayed up late at night listening to music that made the walls shake asking the neighbors to turn it down at 2:30 a.m. but giving up and calling the police. I once woke up to hearing someone above me talking to a passer bye if they had any weed to smoke (I thought I was dreaming, not my luck). It would be nice to have signs put out the day before if work is needing to be done that will be loud or obstruct walkways so that you have a heads up. Not pleasant to take a day off from work and hear all this extra noise to the point you want to leave your apartment. If you are just starting off and don't know the difference then this may be the place you would like to live. This is not a place for longterm commitment. Powerspraying the hallways and stairs is needed (very dirty). If you are a renter here please do your part. We live here management dosen't. Pet noise and smell are not bad but at times you are not cleaning up after your pets. If we help out maybe other positive things can be seen' Still trying to see if I can make a difference to change the surroundings I am living in.
