If you like watching dogs relieve themselves then definitely move in, most dog owners let their mutts defacate all over the yards and don't pick up after them so if you have kids or want to enjoy sitting on the grass good luck. There is no security so keep an eye out on your belongings and your vehicle mine was stolen before I moved out!
Then you can deal with utilities like the water charges that come with your rent, they will rise in the summer months so you can help pay the costs of the community water bill.
Winter is also fun as the apartments aren't insulated very well so if you live on the first floor expect your apartment to be very cold unless you can afford to have the heater on a lot. The first floor is good in the summer I didn't use much energy to keep the place cool. Overall I would rate this place as ghetto crapulous.
