Any positive comment you see here was probably posted by the Jamespoint management team trying to pose as a resident. I'm a very patient and optimistic person and have never been pushed so far passed my limit as I have living in Jamespointe. Our A/C was out for 8 days despite promise after promise of getting it fixed. Our water heater leaks constantly and nobody seems to care to correct the problem even though its damaging the floor. Management went out of their way to lay down new grass, but then neglected to water it, and it was dead within two weeks. I live on the ground level and have no screens on the windows so I am constantly having to spray for bugs. I love dogs and would probably have one if it didn't cost an arm and a leg to have one here, but none of the pet rules are enforced. There is dog crap everywhere, some dogs bark all night long and even if you call and report it, nothing gets done. The only way to get things done around here is to call the police. The management team treats you as though you are an inconvienence to them instead of doing what they can to help. They are great at telling you what they CAN'T do for you. I can't wait til my lease is up so I can move out of this place. I would definitely pay a little bit more to live in a better place. It isn't worth saving a hundred dollars a month.
