I just recently moved into james pointe apartments and i really like it my apartment is so cute. I have the smaller one bedroom and its on the top floor and it has a fireplace wich i cant wait to use once they come over and light it for me. I am so glad that i chose james pointe even after reading all of these bad reviews i decided to go with it any ways because it is a great location and the apartment is just the right size for me and i really like the way the layout is. The girl that i spoke with was really nice and helpful and so far when i have called in things that needed to be fixed in my apartment, they came over and fixed them as soon as they had the part. I have had some bad experiences in other complexes before but i havent had any here at james pointe but sometimes things do happen and i think that any where that you go something is bound to happen. But that is life. So i just wanted to say that i recommend james pointe because i really like it here. And i strongly recommend you look into their upgraded apartments that is the one that i got and its really nice they even let you choose a colored accent wall.
