We moved to Utah from WY and we picked James Pointe for the location and the price. I admit there have been some problems with out heating/ac unit. We had no AC for three days this summer, but maintenance was there quickly and worked with my on getting it fixed, our pilot light has gone out twice this winter and again the maintenance people would come out in the middle of the night to light it for us. The rent is decently priced and it's a nice apartment, it's a quiet place to live and we are happy.You hear about shootings, and robberies at other complexes, James Pointe is very quiet and I feel very safe living there.
