I lived in James Pointe for about nine months and let me say that my experiance there was excellent maybe it's because i didn't live there that long so i didn't get the full effects but i did notice that the office people were rude and threatened to kick me out if i didn't pay the dinky stupid little water bill that they forgot to tell me to pay each month, I lived on the bottom floor one bedroom one of the bigger ones it was way nice my fav apartment i ever lived in when i moved in it had fresh paint new carpet new flooring on the kitchen and bathrooms. One day water started gushing out of the drain because they were fixing a water heater upstairs so i ran up there and told him that there was water everywhere coming out and he took his sweet ass time getting down there meanwhile the water is creeping toward the brand new carpet finally i had to clean it up myself and yes it was very cold in the winter times in the bottom unit but i'm more of a cold person so i liked it and last but not least when i finally moved out (remember i was only there for like 9 months by myself) they kept my whole deposit which i was like fine whatever you ripoffs months later i get a bill in the mail from them with over $1,000 dollars for cleaning and repair when i personally scrubbed down the fridge stove cupboards vacuumed the carpets spotless basically it was ready to move right into once i had left so i called them to dispute the charges fought with them threatened them with legal actions that i had proof of a clean aparment (pictures i took) and they agreed to drop the charges but other than all that i loved my place it was huge and i was only paying like $500 a month it was a steal and oh yeah the dog poop everywhere was nasty and the overweight neighbors having intercourse above me everynight and stomping around all night was kind of annoying and if i made the littlest noise they would stomp on the floor and knock everything off the wall sheesh some people so basically i loved the apartment itself but everything else was ghetto oh and it was waaaaay quiet there which is what i liked....
