Expect to pay

I recently moved out of these apartments and discovered that no matter how well I took care of the apartment and how well I cleaned when I left, I still was charged a ridiculous amount when I moved out. It is unfortunate that apartments like these can charge you so much for things believed to be normal "wear and tear". Expect to have your entire deposit taken and to be charged for paint, overall cleaning, carpet cleaning (and stain treatment!) Because they will do these things even if they are not needed. So when they tell you it is possible to get your deposit back, don't believe it.

I originally wrote the "expect to pay" review...After I moved out I got some good advice that I thought I would share after I read a few responses to my review. Take pictures of EVERYTHING before you move in and after you have moved your things out and cleaned the apartment. It seems kind of silly that I never thought of that before but I will always remember now. It will be alot harder for apartments like these to rip you off if you have everything written down and have pictures. (by the way I put up a fuss when they tried to charge me so much and they lowered it a little.)
