Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
I lived here for 5 years. At first the complex was very nice, but it rapidly went downhill.
The management is rude and often don't seem to know what they're doing, and maintenence is even worse.
Even the slightest issue took more than one visit to fix. I needed a light rod changed in the kitchen, and the two maintenence pepole who showed up said they would be back "very soon" with a new one. Three days went by with no word, and I had to call the office again. This happened more than once with more than one issue.
The walls are paper-thin and you can hear every noise from your neighbors, and if they're smokers you'll get the smoke odor as well.
You can do much better elsewhere.
