I'm so happy to be getting out soon!!! There are many problems with this place. 1st the wall are PAPER THIN! I can hear my upstairs neighboor's everystep, even when I asked him to walk lighter...there was alittle difference but I could still hear every step! Plus alot of people play loud music. 2nd they dont fix what they break! I got a new dishwasher when moving in because the one I got was broken and the maintance guy screwed up my kitchen floor and I had to deal with it. 3rd Parking is terriable, my spot was far away from my front door and if you plan to have a late night with someone..good luck to your friend in finding a spot. I asked to get a different spot because snow would cover my car and they said they couldnt help me. I missed work twice because my car lock frozed over. I heard about car break in's, but it never happened to me..(I work graves) 4th The laundry mat closes at 10 and most of the dryers are BROKEN! You'll have to pay and wait twice to get somthing dry unless you are lucky to get one that is working. 5th the management seem soo fake!! I want to tell the front lady to get real! Plus they get nasty if they know you are moving out! 6th get ready for a lot of noise, you got the police department near you, a train, and now a hospital , so if you like sireens and loud train horns this is the place for you. 7TH Everytime you sign a new lease they jump up the price 10 to 15 dollars.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! CRIME IS CREEPING ON IN AND ITS GETTING TAGGED MORE AND THEY JUST SCRUB THE PAINT OFF SO YOU SEE IT FOR WEEKS ON END! JUST SAY NO TO THE ANNOYING FRONT LADY!

I am writing to let you know things have got worse at the appartment complex there is water everywere inside and outside the apartments no permant repairs just tempary fixes I was told by matance it was job security (really funny)I have been here 3yrs. and the rent has went up all three years. but the place is much worse they have removed out side lighting on pathyways so I dont feel safe anymore. will right more later once I am out.
