Convenient Location, Price is Right, Noisy

appreciate the price and location. Grounds very pretty, though pool closed often this summer. Maintenance Staff & Office friendly and responsive. Main negative is NOISE. thin walls, hospital helicopter, trains, nearby fire/police station. However, after 7 months not so noticable. Nice to have police station nearby, seems keep neighborhood crime down. Location is the best feature, near park, shopping, bus & Trax.
